Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting LanaTanaCharms!

For all orders please allow a two week processing time. I do my best to get orders out as soon as I can, and sooner than two weeks. Due to the nature of everything being handmade by me, this time may take longer due to various circumstances on occasion. 

I will reach out to you (via the email you provided at checkout) if your order is taking longer to send out than expected. 

Processing time(s) is the amount of time between receiving your order, making the item(s), packing and getting it to the post office.

Preorders and custom orders have different processing times than normal items. Check the listing(s) or messages for more info on the estimated processing times for such. 

If you need your item sooner or by a certain date, let me know! I am not always able to ‘rush’ orders, but if I am notified in time I can always try to do so. 

When you order from LanaTanaCharms, you will select the rate of shipping at checkout. I only use USPS to ship orders which you should receive the tracking number for once I purchase the label. 
Every order is packaged with care and secured as best as I can to keep your items safe during shipment. 

Please understand that while I do what I can to ensure the integrity of an item, I cannot control how it is handled by USPS. If you receive something broken, please let me know and I will be happy to help find a resolution for the issue.
