Watch out, there's sharks!!! Haha, don't worry these sharks are harmless. Afterall, they're just clay! I wanted to challenge myself recently to sculpt something large (bigger than what I usually sculpt) and I thought to make sharks. I knew I wanted it to be "swimming" rather than just lay on a table. So after some trial and error, I decided to make a base that looked like water, then add the shark above using a piece of craft wire. I secure the wire into the base and shark using a baked clay adhesive. Acrylic paint is used to color the sharks and parts of the wire. Their bases are colored using mica powders, and textured using dotting tools. For the eyes of the sharks I use beads and secure them into the face with UV resin.
